Wix Studio questions we hear most.
Yes — substantially. Studio is the responsive, component-first editor with a real CMS layer. It is closer to Webflow or Framer than to ADI Wix. Old projects do not automatically migrate; we can move yours, but it is a deliberate migration.
Routinely. We ship sites with 1,000+ CMS entries across multiple collections, with reference fields, faceted filtering, and pagination. The platform handles it well when modelled correctly.
Not always. We do an honest audit; if your existing build can serve your goals for the next 12 months, we will tell you. Migration is a real cost; we recommend it only when it earns its keep.
Marketing sites: 6–10 weeks. Sites with Velo backends, custom integrations, or multilingual scope: 10–14 weeks. Always fixed-scope, always fixed-timeline.
No. Studio outputs clean semantic HTML, supports the full schema markup you need, lets us write canonical / hreflang / OG by hand, and exposes the controls Search Console depends on. Used well, it is not a bottleneck.
