Conformance target
WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We design to AAA where colour and contrast allow.
What we do
- Keyboard navigation. Every interactive element is reachable, focusable, and operable with a keyboard alone.
- Screen-reader passes. We test new builds with NVDA on Windows and VoiceOver on macOS / iOS before launch.
- Color contrast. 4.5:1 minimum for body text; 3:1 for large text and UI components.
- Reduced motion. Animations honour
prefers-reduced-motion; nothing parallaxes if you have asked browsers not to animate. - Form errors. Errors are programmatically associated with their fields and announced. Labels are never just placeholder text.
- Skip links. Skip-to-main-content link on every page.
- Semantic HTML. Landmarks, headings, lists used semantically. No
div-soup.
Known limitations
Embedded third-party content (e.g. video players, calendar widgets) may not always meet our internal accessibility bar. We surface these in pre-launch audits and document workarounds.
Report a barrier
If you find a barrier on this site or in any site we have built, please tell us at a11y@wixspecialist.com. We aim to respond within two business days and to remediate confirmed barriers within ten.
Formal complaints
If we cannot resolve a barrier together, you can escalate to your jurisdiction's accessibility authority. In the EU, see the European Accessibility Act enforcement bodies; in the US, see Section 508 / ADA Title III complaint paths.
